Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
After your subscription expires, your email addresses will be deactivated. They will remain blocked for 45 days and cannot be used during this period. After that, they may be reassigned.
As a premium user, you have access to a manager where you can manage your preferred email addresses.
Emails are stored for a period between 1 and 90 days, depending on your plan. After that, they are automatically and permanently deleted.
The Supporter membership offers an ad-free experience and early access to new features. Our Advanced membership includes additional email addresses and enhanced management tools. The Ultimate membership provides all features of the Advanced membership, plus an exclusive email domain and higher limits for email retention and simultaneously active emails.
Premium email domains are exclusive email addresses available only to our premium users.
With the Ultimate subscription, we provide you with a free domain exclusively for your temporary email addresses. Using your own domain is currently not possible.
