Bugfixes, Optimizations, and More

It’s time - time for a blog update!
Over the past few weeks, and especially today, I’ve fixed a number of bugs in the Müllmail.com backend. Since our last blog post went online quite a while ago, here’s a roundup of the recent changes:
What has changed compared to the old version?
• Various style bugfixes (e.g. proper display of email addresses on mobile devices, the bug reported by Tonald, and other annoying little things)
• Multiple code cleanups and improvements in the backend
• Müllmails are now more secure - a Müllmail address can now only be accessed from one computer at a time
• Müllmail.com now has a mascot that has made itself at home on the site! Its name is “Loti” - big thanks again to the talented artist Stas Santimov for bringing it to life
• Fixed display issues in certain emails
• Tab crashes in Firefox and Chrome caused by complex HTML emails have been resolved - every email is now completely parsed before display and any "malicious" HTML is automatically removed
Of course, the new version was thoroughly tested before launch - but bugs can always slip through. That’s why I’m asking you, the community, to report anything unusual via email.
Thanks for using Müllmail.com!
